Fees
I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance.
For all other insurance, I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
Sliding scale available as needed. Cost to be determined at the start of services.

Individual therapy & parent consultation (virtual): $150 for 50 minute session

Pregnancy and Postpartum Support
Therapeutic support during pregnancy and postpartum.
Common themes addressed include:
- Identity shifts
- Coping skills and self-care
- Postpartum emotions

Parent Guidance and Consultation
Guidance and consultation for parents with young children (birth - age 8).
Common issues addressed:
- Supporting children’s emotional distress
- Identification of parenting values/goals
- Establishing limits and boundaries
- Family adjustments (new sibling, move, divorce, new school, etc.)

SPACE Treatment
SPACE (Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions) is a caregiver-based treatment approach for children confronting anxiety. SPACE focuses on building caregiver skills and tools to help children manage anxiety.
